Built from experience
The features are based on the kind of tracking I actually needed in the field—not a generic task list.
AppointMe Tracker was created after working in the field and seeing firsthand how quickly appointments, client records, caseloads, completed hours, and credential progress can end up scattered across calendars, notes, and spreadsheets. I wanted one straightforward place to keep the work organized without adding another complicated system.
Why I built AppointMe
AppointMe did not start as a generic productivity idea. It came from firsthand experience with the day-to-day work of keeping appointments, caseloads, session outcomes, and professional hours organized while still trying to focus on the people and responsibilities that mattered.
I wanted something more useful than a basic calendar, but much lighter than a large practice-management system. AppointMe Tracker is the result: a focused, local-first app for recording appointments, tracking clients and session status, monitoring completed and credential hours, and keeping a clear history of the work.
The features are based on the kind of tracking I actually needed in the field—not a generic task list.
App data is designed to stay on your device by default, with no AppointMe account required to start.
Reports, hour totals, credential progress, exports, and backups are built to make record keeping easier.
AppointMe Tracker
